Breathe and arrive
Before you rise, take three slow, deliberate breaths. Inhale for four counts, hold for four, exhale for six. Let your body remember it is safe. You are here. This day is new.
Set one intention
Not a to-do list. One word or one sentence that will guide your energy today. It could be patience, or I will listen before I react, or simply I am open. Say it aloud or write it down.
Receive your cosmic sign

Release the day
Consciously let go of what happened. The conversations, the decisions, the moments you wish had gone differently. Imagine them dissolving like mist. You do not need to carry them into tomorrow.
Name three moments
Not necessarily big wins. A kind word you received, a task you completed, a moment of quiet. The practice of noticing trains your mind to look for light, even on difficult days.
Revisit your morning sign
Look at the cosmic sign you received this morning. Did it appear anywhere in your day — in a conversation, a feeling, a decision? Patterns become visible only when we look for them.
"Where did I show up for myself today?"
"What did today teach me that I want to carry forward?"
"What can I forgive — in others or in myself — before I close my eyes?"
